Event Planning and Execution
Infinity's event management team will work closely with you in planning and executing all aspects of your event, including:
- Identify event objectives: The key to producing successful events is understanding the event's purpose and what you want your company to gain from its execution. Working with our clients, we will identify all goals and objectives and create comprehensive strategies and tactics to ensure that all aspects of the event will realize them.
- Site planning: We will conduct site visits of your event location to get a full understanding of what the location has to offer, then we will create proper layouts to ensure your event flows seamlessly. We will also ensure that all permits and paperwork is completed on schedule.
- Staging: We will provide guidance on the appropriate staging, sound and lighting equipment required for your event.
- Entertainment: Our team will take care of booking and coordinating all entertainment. We will issue contracts and work with all entertainment to ensure your event is a success. We have a database of over 200 entertainers and have worked directly with over 50 bands.
- Budget management: Working with our clients, we create a detailed budget involving all aspects of the event and follow it throughout the entire event planning and execution process to ensure the client is satisfied with the results.
- Volunteer coordination: Our team will work towards recruiting volunteers to work at your event and will liaise with them throughout the process to ensure they are fully prepared for the event.
- Social media: Leveraging social media tools, we are able to take advantage of every opportunity in order to promote your event over all mediums.
